The SNSNN EPUB to PDF Converter is provided as a free online service that allows users to convert EPUB files to PDF format. By using our Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

3. User Content

When you upload files for conversion through our Service, you retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by uploading files, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service to you.

We do not claim any ownership rights to your content and will not use your content for any purpose other than providing the requested conversion service.

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload, and you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Your content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

4. DMCA Notice and Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material available on our Service infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it blocked.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

SNSNN, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION;
  • ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
  • THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR
  • THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SNSNN, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
